Day 1 (December 22nd)
Departure from Home Country & Arrival in Doha
Families depart from their home country and arrive in Doha the same day. After airport pickup and hotel check-in, everyone settles in, relaxes, and prepares for the exciting days ahead.
Day 2 (December 23rd)
City Tour, National Library, Museum Exploration and Welcome Dinner
Kick off with a guided city tour of Doha’s highlights, followed by a visit to the National Museum of Qatar. Enjoy mind-bending fun at the Museum of Illusions, then dive into books and innovation at the Qatar National Library. The day ends with a special welcome dinner for all families.
Day 3 (December 24th)
Nutty Scientists, Villagio mall and gondola ride
The day begins with an exciting hands-on STEM workshop by Nutty Scientists. Afterwards, families head to Villaggio Mall for shopping, play, and a relaxing indoor gondola ride through its Venice-themed canal.
Day 4 (December 25th)
Half Free Day and Lusail Winter Wonderland Evening
Enjoy a relaxed Christmas morning and afternoon at your own pace. In the evening, head to Lusail Winter Wonderland for festive rides, games, and joyful celebrations under the lights.
Day 5 (December 26th)
Free Day
A full day to rest, explore Doha at your own pace, or enjoy hotel amenities with your family.
Day 6 (December 27th)
Banana Island Adventure
Take a luxury boat to Banana Island for a fun-filled day! Enjoy zipline rides, bowling, mini golf, beach and pool access, plus entry to the Adventure Park — perfect for family bonding and excitement.
Day 7 (December 28th)
Desert Safari or OliOli Children's Musuem and Transfer to Next Hotel
Older kids and parents head into the desert for thrilling quad biking, camel rides, and dune bashing. Younger children enjoy a day of interactive play and STEM-inspired fun at OliOli® Children’s Museum with their parents. After the day’s activities, families will transfer to their second hotel for the rest of the trip.
Day 8 (December 29th)
Free Day
Another relaxed day to rest, shop, explore the city, or enjoy optional family activities at your own pace.
Day 9 (December 30th)
Snow Dunes Theme Park and CurioCITY
Start the day with frosty fun at Snow Dunes indoor park, then dive into exciting, hands-on science and tech activities at CurioCITY – perfect for curious young minds.
Day 10 (December 31st)
STEM Xplorers, Bounce Qatar and New Year's Eve Dinner
Begin with engaging workshops at STEM Xplorers, then jump into high-energy fun at Bounce Qatar. In the evening, gather for a festive New Year’s Eve and farewell dinner hosted at the hotel.
Day 11 (January 1st)
Free Day & Departure Prep
Spend the day at leisure, relaxing or enjoying last-minute shopping. In the evening, families transfer to the airport for overnight flights departing on January 2.
Day 12 (January 2nd)
Departure Flights to Home Country
Families board their flights back home with hearts full of memories and minds enriched by the Qatar STEM adventure.
